Crowe is seeking a Business Operations Manager to support the strategic and operational management of a business unit and delivery unit. This role partners with operations leaders to manage planning, reporting, and key initiatives while ensuring adherence to firm policies and standards.

The successful candidate translates strategy into execution, supports budgeting and forecasting, prepares leadership materials, and drives continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6–9+ years in business operations, FP&A, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency with financial and reporting tools, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for aligned units or cost centers.
• Prepare and analyze recurring and ad hoc financial and operational reports; identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with firm financial, procurement, and operational policies.
• Assist in managing project budgets, invoicing, and expense tracking; coordinate with Finance and Procurement.
• Support workforce planning activities, including resource forecasting and organizational changes.
• Manage and coordinate operational projects or initiatives; track progress and support delivery.
• Develop and maintain operational processes, tools, templates, and metrics.
• Prepare materials for leadership meetings, including reports, presentations, and status updates.
• Represent business operations in cross‑functional teams and working groups.
