Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or related field.
• 6–9+ years in business operations or FP&A roles.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting.
• Strong analytical and data-to-insights skills.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency with financial tools, spreadsheets and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities for aligned business units or cost centers.
• Prepare and analyze recurring and ad hoc financial and operational reports; identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with firm financial, procurement, and operational policies and guidelines.
• Assist in managing project budgets, invoicing, and expense tracking; coordinate with Finance and Procurement as needed.
• Support workforce planning activities, including resource forecasting and organizational changes.
• Prepare materials for leadership meetings, including reports, presentations, and status updates.
• Represent business operations in cross-functional teams or working groups where operational insight is required.
• Support change initiatives, communications, and continuous improvement efforts across the aligned organization.
