Crowe is seeking a Business Operations Manager to support strategic and operational management of a business unit. You will partner with leaders to plan, report, and drive initiatives while upholding firm policies and standards.

Responsibilities

Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for cost centers.

Assist in managing project budgets, invoicing, and expenses with Finance and Procurement.
Support workforce planning and organizational changes.
Coordinate operational projects and track progress.
Develop and maintain processes, tools, templates, and metrics.
Prepare leadership materials and present status updates.
