Job summary

Reliance Fluid Technologies is seeking a Director of Operations to lead manufacturing, blending, warehousing, and distribution across Milan, MI, Niagara Falls, NY, and Buffalo, NY. You will shape strategy, develop leaders, and drive safe, efficient, customer-focused operations.

This role partners with executive leadership, oversees budgets, Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, KPI performance, and capital investments, and requires 12+ years of progressive leadership, a Bachelor’s in a related field,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive manufacturing or operations leadership.
• Experience leading multi-site operations and coaching leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across manufacturing, blending, warehousing, and distribution.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategy and growth initiatives.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, 6S and continuous improvement.
• Develop site leaders and manage budgets and capital plans.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost performance with KPI management.
