Job summary

Range Health is seeking a Strategic Operations Manager to act as the operational integrator for Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans. The role oversees cross-functional performance across enrollment, claims, member services, and quality, coordinating with vendors and leadership to ensure actionable outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in health plan operations and excels at structuring complex processes, driving accountability, and navigating ambiguity in a growing health plan

Qualifications

• At least five years of health plan, managed care, or related experience.
• Experience coordinating complex work across multiple functions and vendors.
• Ability to analyze data and translate into action.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end operational performance oversight for Medicare Advantage plans.
• Coordinate across Range Health, BC Idaho, vendors, and leadership.
• Identify dependencies, performance gaps, and regulatory risks.
• Lead operating routines, escalation paths, and accountability structures.
