Range Health in Meridian, Idaho, seeks a Strategic Operations Manager to act as the operational integrator for Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans, guiding end-to-end performance across enrollment, claims, member services, and quality initiatives. This hybrid role partners with BC of Idaho leadership, vendors, and internal owners to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage or regulated health plan operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end oversight of operational performance across enrollment, claims, member services, grievances, utilization management, care management, risk adjustment, and quality.
• Coordinate across Range Health, Blue Cross of Idaho leadership, contract owners, technology partners, and vendors.
• Establish operating routines, escalation pathways, decision structures, and accountability mechanisms.
• Lead performance meetings, track issues to resolution, and escalate systemic risks.
