Qualifications

• Experience: 12+ years of leadership in healthcare operations, vendor management, outsourcing, procurement, managed care, or related functions.
• 7+ years of senior leadership experience managing large vendor portfolios.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage, managed care, or health insurance operations.
• Proven track record managing complex strategic vendor relationships.
• Experience overseeing multi‑million‑dollar vendor portfolios and budgets.
• Strong experience with contract negotiations and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s enterprise vendor management strategy.
• Oversee vendor performance standards and accountability frameworks.
• Lead procurement and budget planning for vendor relationships.
• Negotiate and manage strategic vendor agreements with governance.
• Oversee enterprise vendor risk management programs and mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement across the vendor portfolio and service delivery.
• Build executive relationships with strategic vendors and partners.
• Provide reporting and governance for vendor investments, renewals, and portfolio optimization.
• Supervise assigned staff and manage performance across teams.
