Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an experienced Operations leader to support executives in translating strategic vision into actionable initiatives and to optimize service delivery for clients. You will partner with consulting leaders, drive growth strategies, and oversee cross-functional teams to ensure programs stay on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years' experience with management level individuals
• 5+ years' experience in a professional services firm with corporate development, transactions, or CFO office collaboration
• Experience in managing others in a team environment
• Experience navigating a matrix reporting environment
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Strong financial analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Support leadership and translate strategic vision into action
• Act as a strategic partner, manage key initiatives, facilitate communication
• Partner with Consulting Leader to develop objectives and agendas, provide oversight
• Participate in growth strategy development and execution
• Turn financial data into insight and monitor profitability
• Develop implementation plans and performance measurements for initiatives
• Provide interim hands-on leadership for troubled initiatives
• Facilitate operational effectiveness across internal functions
• Provide business lifecycle process and systems knowledge support
• Act as an operations SME on technology deployments
• Provide oversight, development, coaching and exit-counseling of team members
