RSM US LLP is seeking an experienced Operations leader for its Consulting Operations team in Boston. The role focuses on strategic leadership, implementation management, and operational optimization to enable high-performing client services and internal functions.

The position emphasizes translating strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, managing complex programs, and guiding teams through change in a large professional services firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years' experience with management level individuals.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a professional services firm; preferred corporate development, transactions, and/or collaborating with the office of the CFO
• Previous experience in managing others in a team environment
• Experience navigating in a matrix reporting environment solving/resolving complex issue
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Strong financial skills, including analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Support leadership and translates strategic vision into action.
• Manage initiatives with timelines, budgets and scope.
• Provide interim hands-on leadership for troubled initiatives as needed.
• Partner with Consulting Leaders to provide change management support.
• Ensure operations align with business requirements and deliver value.
• Coach and develop assigned team members and monitor performance.
