Job summary

You will manage executive support, HR tasks, and performance processes, driving outcomes and scalable growth while maintaining a strong culture of accountability and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational leadership experience.
• Familiarity with EOS or similar operating frameworks.
• Proven ability to drive team accountability and performance.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the firm's operational team across departments.
• Manage executive support, calendars, and client communications.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and benefits.
• Coordinate meetings and drive clear outcomes.
