PCI Pharma Services in Bedford, NH seeks an experienced Operations leader to provide technical oversight for the Operations Support group across multiple sites. You will build and lead a high-performing team of process specialists within a matrixed organization to deliver business objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in life sciences or medical devices with GMP experience.
• BS/MS in chemical, mechanical, pharmaceutical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Technical Project Management, or Quality.
• Prior people-managing and supervisory experience required.
• Proven ability to lead large projects to completion.
• Strong verbal and written communication; motivating leadership.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership and strategic oversight for the Operations Support group across Bedford campus.
• Build and lead a team of process specialists in a matrixed, cross-functional setup.
• Develop and manage Manufacturing and VI schedules to align with customer demands and PCI objectives.
• Plan and manage technical writing projects (investigations, CAPAs, SOPs, etc.).
• Lead investigations to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs: safety, quality, on-time delivery, inventory, productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes to reduce cost and improve quality.
• Interpret process data, identify trends, troubleshoot, and support data-driven decisions.
• Serve as SME during audits and interface with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams; oversee performance reviews.
