Qualifications

• Background in operations, logistics, supply chain, government, or military environments strongly preferred.
• Experience in project management, process development, and contract management.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking and basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain operational infrastructure (SOPs, SLAs, internal documentation).
• Create scalable systems to support daily operations and long-term growth.
• Serve as the central 'source of truth' across tools, documentation, and workflows.
