Job summary

Google is seeking a Strategy and Operations Lead for gUP Spend Planning to drive resource planning, budgeting, and governance across the gUP organization. The role partners with Finance, GTM, and senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in management consulting or corporate strategy, cross-functional leadership, and experience shaping go-to-market and budgeting processes. Equity and benefits are included in the package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design and roll-out of multi-layered business planning for gUP’s budget across the broader gUP organization.
• Drive monthly, quarterly and annual business planning cycles, drive visibility into resource allocations, budgeting and investment decisions.
• Ensure gUP is managing resources wisely by creating strong internal governance for budget management, tracking and reporting.
• Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams in Finance and GTM.
• Connect different functions to operate as One gUP when managing the spend portfolio.
