Google in Atlanta or Playa Vista seeks a strategic Go-to-Market Operations leader within gUP Strategy & Operations. You will act as an internal consultant, guiding cross-functional teams to align on goals and execute complex go-to-market plans.
In this role, you’ll drive multi-layer budget design, monthly/quarterly cycles, and governance across Finance, GTM and product teams. Strong data skills, project management, and the ability to translate strategy into tangible actions are essential.

The Business Planning & Analysis team is responsible for running resource and business planning across gTech Users and Products (gUP). As part of the gUP Strategy and Operations team, you’ll become an expert in how gUP provides customer, partner, and product support for almost all of Google’s consumer products. The purpose of the gUP Strategy & Operations team is to function as internal consultants, providing business critical insights using internal and external resources, ensuring cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and managing change management initiatives.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $152000 - $221000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
