Job summary

Laminar is hiring in Boston to shape operating plans, budgets, and hiring aligned with deployment economics. You will drive strategic initiatives across markets and partnerships, building financial models to guide resource allocation and partnering with founders on fundraising materials.

You’ll blend startup operations, finance, and analytics, leading initiatives end-to-end as Laminar scales toward new milestones, with a broad mandate and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in startup operations, consulting, finance, or investing, with evidence that you’ve built something and made it work.
• Analytically strong, comfortable working across technical and commercial teams, and willing to take responsibility through execution.

Responsibilities

• Turn company priorities into operating plans, budgets, and hiring decisions grounded in deployment economics.
• Build and launch strategic initiatives, from an expert-advisory offering to new markets and partnerships.
• Develop financial models and performance reporting that guide resource allocation.
• Partner with the founders on fundraising strategy, investor materials, and diligence.
