Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a strategic leader to guide Access & Opportunity initiatives within the Consumer & Social Impact Strategic Operations team. You will develop, operationalize, and evaluate programs, aligning them with Advocate Health's mission and enterprise priorities.

Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant experience in community initiatives, with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as community relations, human services, communications, marketing, business, public policy, public health or clinical field.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience required with extensive knowledge of community and social impact initiatives.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development, alignment, execution and evaluation of Access & Opportunity strategies.
• Develops key performance indicators that are measurable in design and execution with leadership.
• Manages and oversees reporting on related and respective programs.
• Maintains and utilizes tracking tools to provide full record of activities, to compile data, and to develop reports.
• Tracks and manages projects and provides regular updates to stakeholders.
