An innovative company is seeking a dynamic operations strategist to enhance its recruiting platform. This exciting role involves collaborating with elite recruiters to streamline operations, drive growth, and automate workflows. You will play a pivotal part in scaling the business by optimizing processes and providing strategic insights. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about making a real impact, this position offers an incredible opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking team dedicated to transforming the recruiting landscape.
At Paraform, we’re building the infrastructure behind the next generation of recruiting firms. Our platform powers top recruiters placing talent into startups like Ramp, Decagon, and Hightouch — and we do it by treating recruiters like high-performance partners, not vendors.
This role sits at the center of our supply-side operations. You’ll work directly with elite recruiters, helping them scale their businesses, close top-tier talent, and win more clients. It’s part operator, part strategist, part growth partner — and it’s one of the highest-leverage roles in the company.
If you’re someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, likes owning complex workflows, and is motivated by real outcomes — hires made, revenue generated, businesses built — this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic growth (40%): Own relationships with our highest-performing recruiters. You’ll be their first call for operational firepower, product insight, and strategic support.
Marketplace Operations (40%): Identify bottlenecks, automate workflows, and build systems that help recruiters move faster — and help us scale supply without adding headcount.
Platform Expansion (20%): Educate and onboard new recruiters, helping them understand how Paraform can grow their revenue and simplify their workflow. You'll pitch the platform as a business accelerator — because that’s what it is.
