Job summary

You will coordinate with department leads, prepare comprehensive reports, and manage risk assessments to ensure alignment with strategic goals. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of relevant experience, plus an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Five (5) years of experience in operations, planning, program management, or administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update operational plans to support organizational goals and mission objectives.
• Prepare detailed reports and briefs on operational activities, including progress assessments and risk considerations.
• Coordinate with department leads to align strategic initiatives and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Create and distribute after-action reports to document lessons learned and improvements.
