Subscriber Relations & Customer Service
  • Respond to subscriber emails and Substack direct messages (questions about subscriptions, billing inquiries, access issues, tool suggestions)
  • Handle routine refund and cancellation requests using established guidelines
  • Escalate unusual or sensitive inquiries to the founder
  • Respond to inbound PR and media inquiries: acknowledge, gather relevant details, and route to the founder for response
  • Maintain a log of common subscriber questions and feedback to inform future content and FAQ resources
Research & Administrative Support
  • Research tool details for upcoming posts when directed: pricing, platform availability, free vs. paid features, privacy policies
  • Gather and verify links for newsletter posts (tool homepages, pricing pages, relevant past Wonder Tools posts)
  • Help maintain the content calendar, post ideas tracker, and archive of published posts
  • Support monthly paid subscriber operations: export and reformat subscriber lists for Luma event invitations, assist with event setup logistics
  • Handle ad hoc research and administrative tasks related to growth, partnerships, and operations
  • Generate and send invoices to sponsors and workshop clients using established templates
  • Track payment status and send polite follow-ups on outstanding invoices

  • A portfolio of real outreach, research, and communications work
