Job summary

Disney Cruise Line is seeking a Senior Operations Integration Project Manager to lead the integration of operational requirements across multi-disciplinary capital projects, from design through turnover readiness.

You will partner with Hotel Operations, Entertainment, Safety, Security, Technology & Digital, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure guest and crew experiences align with standards and long-term strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration of operational requirements across multi-disciplinary capital projects.
• Manage multiple complex initiatives, ensuring alignment of scope, schedule, budget and readiness.
• Serve as an integration leader across Island and Destination planning to ensure consistency with standards.
• Act as liaison between Operations and Hotel Operations, Entertainment, Safety, Security, Technology & Digital, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams.
• Facilitate alignment across stakeholders to embed requirements into project delivery.
• Partner with enterprise functions to support coordinated planning and execution.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans and schedules, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Lead governance activities with stakeholders and executives; drive decision-making.
• Prepare concise presentations and recommendations for leadership.
• Translate operational requirements into actionable plans and deliverables for design, construction, turnover.
• Maintain project documentation including decisions, changes, process flows.
• Support development of programmatic summaries reflecting guest and crew experiences.
• Provide SME during design and construction phases, including reviews and field coordination.
• Oversee OFE (Owner-Furnished Equipment) coordination and risk mitigation.
• Serve as trusted advisor on operations integration and process improvement.
