Qualifications

• 2-year accounting/finance degree required.
• 1–2 years related experience in accounting/finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and theory.
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepares/maintains monthly store sales budgets for the sales bonus program.
• Prepares/maintains weekly payroll budgets and the store payroll reporting system.
• Maintain and control the network of trash vendors servicing the stores.
• Assist store operations on questions regarding weekly payroll, sales budgets and trash.
• Reconcile and correct errors in sales and payroll reporting.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for the stores to spot trends and make recommendations.
• Work with operations to implement new initiatives and rollout best practices.
• Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts).
• Provide alternatives to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
• Develop financial models and process analysis.
• Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecasts.
