Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 2+ years of formal managerial experience.
• Master’s degree in Higher Education preferred; experience with SIS or SAFM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an operational partner to faculty leadership across Math and Statistics.
• Translate academic priorities into operational plans and ensure resources align with needs.
• Identify needs and provide information, recommendations, and options for decisions.
• Build relationships with university partners to advance shared goals and resolve issues.
• Represent departments in meetings, committees, and planning efforts.
