GrowthWise Search Partners in Sacramento seeks a Director of Firm Strategy & Operations to lead the administrative team, streamline workflows, and remove roadblocks for partners to deliver exceptional client service.

You will own initiatives from research to implementation, improve onboarding/offboarding, and drive SOP development while overseeing ERP/workflow systems and IT coordination to support growth.

• Experience leading and implementing SOPs and operational initiatives.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of how decisions impact outcomes.
• Experience overseeing and developing a team of administrative staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the administrative team (5+ members), streamline workflows and remove obstacles.
• Improve onboarding and offboarding processes and support employee lifecycle workflows.
• Own operational initiatives from research to implementation, with options and recommendations for leadership.
• Analyze business metrics (utilization, realization) and escalate important items.
• Refine, document, and expand SOPs; support ERP/workflow adoption and improvements.
• Coordinate with IT vendors, troubleshoot issues, and keep projects moving.
