Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for cost centers.
• Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports; identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and guidelines.
• Assist in managing project budgets, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Support workforce planning including resource forecasting and organizational changes.
