You will guide senior leadership messaging and manage a team of communications professionals while supporting the EVP of Operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant communications experience.
• Experience with senior management and stakeholders in a large organization.
• Experience with unionized operating facilities and/or remote workforce preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations or associated field.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic communications across the operations segment, reinforcing company values and aligning with business strategy.
• Develop timely, effective communications to diverse stakeholders including leadership messaging and employee engagement.
• Oversee all segment communication channels (intranet, social media, etc.).
• Support corporate initiatives with tailored tactics for operational roles.
• Plan and execute division-wide communication events to ensure consistent experiences.
