Job summary

PragerU in Los Angeles, on-site, seeks a Chief of Staff to the Co-Heads of Development. You will drive execution for a 30+ person fundraising team, align priorities with executive leadership, and build scalable systems to accelerate growth in a fast-paced, high-growth non-profit media organization.

You will manage the CEO’s liaison to the fundraising team, oversee reporting, onboarding, and cross‑department projects, while maintaining discretion with high‑net-worth donors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fundraising, development ops, or organizational leadership.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strategic thinker with ability to anticipate effects when designing processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the CEO’s liaison to the fundraising team, prioritizing requests.
• Interact with high-net-worth donors with discretion and confidentiality.
• Coordinate meeting agendas for timely, actionable outcomes.
• Oversee weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for stakeholders.
• Handle approvals for projects and documents.
• Create and modify SOPs for the department.
• Lead onboarding of new team members.
• Manage internal workflows for events and CEO coordination.
