Keller Postman is looking for a Strategic Operations Business Analyst to join its Medical Records team. The candidate will document processes, generate reports, and collaborate across teams to support business operations. Purpose: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Strategic OperationsBusiness Analyst to join our Medical Records team. The ideal candidate will collaborate stakeholders across the organization to support seamless business operations. Notably, this role will take point on documenting processes, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and working closely with IT to manage enhancement requests. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, testing enhancements before they go-live, generating Salesforce and Sigma reports, and performing various tasks to support our Firm’s objectives.
This position is remote; however, the candidate must be in Central Time or willing to work regular Central Time business hours. The compensation for this position will be a base salary of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus and benefits.
