Integris Group is partnering with a national law firm who is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst. This is a 100% Remote Contract opportunity focused on enhancing and streamlining our client's enterprise-wide Salesforce org, which is built on top of Litify. Over the past 8 years, the system has grown complex, and the team is now focused on uncovering underused features, improving efficiency, and integrating new tools (including AI) to improve case management operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborating with stakeholders across teams to gather requirements and map granular Salesforce processes.
• Writing tickets, documentation, and supporting UAT testing.
• Supporting the rollout of new features.
• Managing timelines, facilitating scrum calls, and ensuring work moves forward.
• Working alongside devs, product managers, and business users to optimize adoption and performance.
• Participating in daily stand-ups and milestone tracking.

Ideal Background:

• 4–5 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Proven experience working in Salesforce environments throughout the full SDLC.
• Insurance or Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Requirements Gathering & UAT Testing experience.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a naturally curious, solutions-focused mindset.
