Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in management consulting, a high-growth startup, or a comparable environment.
• Strong hands-on data proficiency, including SQL and data visualization.
• Experience delivering sophisticated, cross-functional projects - without waiting for a roadmap to be handed to you.
• Exceptional structuring and communication skills - the ability to bring clarity to a messy problem and translate it into a crisp, compelling narrative for senior leadership.
• Rigorous attention to detail and a natural instinct for building tools, processes, and systems that create accountability and scale.
• A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves approach - you're as comfortable doing the work as you are directing it.
• A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or comparable graduate degree is a plus.
• Background in healthcare, product, operations, or program design is a bonus - but intellectual curiosity and mission alignment matter more than domain expertise.

Responsibilities

• Strategy to launch complex operational problems from initial discovery through live solution - including the analysis, solution design, SOPs, and training that make it real and keep it running.
• Data analytics and discovery. Understand what's working and what's not and communicate findings to stakeholders, including the executive team.
• Special projects. Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives spanning technology, clinical operations, partnerships, and patient experience.
• Team Coordination. Coordinate and facilitate meetings and events related to priority projects.
• Make it stick. Build dashboards, metrics, and feedback loops to verify solutions are working.
• Make it better. Spot and fix processes that slow the organization down, and leave scalable infrastructure.
