Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Graduate degree (MBA, MPH, MHA, or related) preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in a top-tier consulting firm or a high-performing growth environment.
• Bonus: experience in healthcare, partnerships, or program design.

Responsibilities

• Partner and interface regularly with senior executives including the CEO and C-suite leaders.
• Strategy to launch — take growth ideas from discovery through live solution with SOPs and training.
• Data analytics and discovery — identify questions worth asking and communicate findings clearly.
• Product liaison with the product team and engineers to prioritize new features and manage change.
• Develop partnerships models, proformas, and guiding decision-making to scale programs.
• Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives across technology, operations, and patient experience.
