Job summary

A leading defense contracting firm in Georgia is seeking an experienced On-Site Team Lead for the U.S. Army’s Maneuver Center of Excellence mission at Fort Benning. This full-time, exempt position involves significant responsibilities in contract management, including air operations planning and strategic analysis. The ideal candidate must have over 15 years of experience in related fields, a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, and supervisory skills. Importantly, an active Secret Clearance is required for the role.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in cost analysis, budgeting, manpower, or similar fields.
• 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Experience in human resource functions like time accounting and basic benefits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the corporate-level point of contact for contract performance.
• Manage and supervise contractor support for various tasks including air operations planning.
• Be available on site between 0800 and 1700, Monday through Friday.

Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Strong written and oral communication skills

Education

24 semester hours in mathematics, engineering, or quantitative analysis
