Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience and expertise in Force Development duties.
• In-depth knowledge of how various organizations and components with the HQDA secretariat and staff interact.

Responsibilities

• Provides analytical, operational, and administrative support to DOM leadership.
• Manages synchronization of taskings and staffing actions across all DOM divisions.
• Coordinates meeting schedules, metrics, and decision briefs for senior leader review.
