The role requires deep knowledge of Army operations and Joint Staff processes, with experience preparing strategic communications and briefings for GO/FO/SES audiences; you will lead cross-functional teams and coordinate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with extensive defense analysis or related field.
• 15 years of experience in Operations Research or related domains.
• Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.
• Ability to lead complex projects and communicate to senior military leaders.
• Strong collaboration across diverse military and civilian teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational liaison between the LE Product Office, COCOMs, and Army leaders.
• Assess operational data, war-gaming outputs, gaps, and threat analyses.
• Prepare strategic messaging, information papers, and briefings for GO/FO/SES.
• Partner on CONOPS development and synchronization of requirements.
• Lead working groups, table-top exercises, and external coordination.
