Job summary

Arvato in Las Vegas seeks a driven Business Analyst to work with the executive team on strategic operational initiatives and leadership development.

You will analyze financials, markets and processes, prepare compelling presentations, coordinate reviews, and monitor KPIs across business units, enabling informed senior management decisions and continuous improvement.

Travel up to 50% is possible, including international assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Data Science or similar field is required.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a Business Analyst, Consultant, Business Development or Project Development type role.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and provide alternative solutions to complex problems and operate effectively in a complex organization through influence and collaboration.
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to tasks.
• Strong relationship management skills and demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at a senior level.
• Is logical, analytical, organized, structured, number-driven and can meet deadlines.
• Demonstrates the ability to be forward thinking, taking the broad view and contributes to defining and implementing business strategy.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including potential for international travel.
• Creative approach and visual thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support various operational projects with clients.
• Analysis of the financials, markets, competitors, documentation of processes (as-is and to-be), provision of background information on clients, potential partners, new players, technologies, etc. for senior management to make informed decisions.
• Coordination and presentation of business reviews, strategic reviews, and metrics.
• Meeting preparations, including creation of compelling presentations, both internally and externally.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of financial performance, operational metrics, market trends, competitors, and potential partners to assess organizational health and identify growth or risk patterns across business units.
• Monitor and report on strategic KPIs, including SLA performance and digital tool adoption rates, while documenting current and future state processes.
• Provide detailed research and insights on clients, emerging market players, and technological advancements to support informed decision-making by senior management.
• Present new concepts to a global audience with cultural diversity.
• Any additional tasks that may be assigned to ensure an efficient, safe, clean, and goal-oriented work environment
