Job summary

UCLA Facilities Management seeks a Senior Manager, Operations Accounting to lead financial operations within the Finance department. • Advanced HR management: feedback, mentorship, employee relations, performance reviews.
• Deep accounting theory and practice with robust controls.
• Analytical skills to evaluate budgets/expenses and identify trends.
• Spreadsheet design for data-driven analysis to improve decisions.
• Ability to prioritize under tight deadlines and deliver quality results.
• Strong executive communication; clear written and oral policy guidance.
• Advanced accounting and statistical expertise for budgeting and forecasting.
• Knowledge of the General Ledger system and its use.
• Understanding of Facilities Management funding sources and compliance.
• Strategic project management from inception to completion.
• Bachelor-level degree in accounting/finance or equivalent experience.
