Job summary

Serco is seeking an Air Forces Operational Planning Analyst at Shaw AFB, SC to support 9AF AFCENT planning and execution. You will provide critical operational planning expertise for deliberate and crisis actions, coordinate with multiple commands, and help develop and staff plans and annexes for leadership approval.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or AA with experience), active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, emails, and task management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience or AA with 7 years of experience.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, e-mail systems, and a Task Management Tool.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational planning expertise for deliberate and crisis action planning.
• Analyze and input recommendations for CONOP/CONEMP using CENTCOM guidance.
• Develop, coordinate, write base plans and annexes for 9AF AFCENT Commander approval.
• Brief leadership on requirements, risks, and activities.
• Coordinate with HAF/MAJCOM offices on briefings and products.
• Administer data repositories (websites, SharePoint, networks).
• Assist in drafting policy letters and guidance for planning.
• Ensure compliance with AFI 13-103 and related guidance.
