Job summary

CCI?CACI International Inc. seeks Operational Assessments Integrator to support national security missions through OIE integration and advanced analytics. Work involves coordinating assessments with HQ plans and delivering actionable insights to decision-makers.

You will leverage Tableau, MSS, and C2IE to visualize analysis, contribute to planning products, and ensure integration across operations. A TS clearance and relevant training are required.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience planning, coordinating, developing and/or executing assessments in support of OIE.
• 7 years demonstrated experience in military planning processes including JPP, military decision-making, joint targeting, and/or campaign planning.
• Active TS clearance and SCI eligible
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience leveraging C2IE, MSS, Tableau for reports/visualizations
• Proficient in standard military software applications and comms systems

Responsibilities

• Manages integration of OIE operations, investments, and activities into Command assessment activities.
• Develops and incorporates measures of performance and effectiveness, evaluation frameworks, indicators, and assessment plans.
• Coordinates and synchronizes OIE assessments with the broader HQ campaign assessment plan; produces inputs to planning products and governance forums.
• Informs analysts, data scientists, ORSAs, and other personnel of current and emerging requirements for assessment activities.
• Informs integrated OIE planners of analytic findings to ensure full integration in plans and operations.
• Supports integration and visualization of OIE assessments into formal reporting systems.
