Job summary

IMP, a RegTech and FinTech consulting firm in Boston, is seeking an OMS Practice Leader to grow our Order Management Systems practice within the CLEAR Framework. The ideal candidate has deep OMS expertise and can guide front, middle, and back office implementations while ensuring compliance.

You will lead client engagements, expand relationships, mentor teams, and contribute to training and thought leadership. Full-time, in-person Boston office 3 days a week; salary $130k–$160k with bonus.

Qualifications

• Expertise in at least one OMS.
• Deep knowledge across front, middle and back office functions and compliance.
• Strong understanding of the financials of professional services firms.
• Ability to present to all levels including C-Suite.
• Experience planning testing programs and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish IMP as a trusted partner by delivering outstanding service.
• Expand contacts throughout the client organization and land additional projects.
• Support and enrich the training program for the CLEAR Framework.
• Consistently meet P&L goals and manage team utilization to goals.
• Grow the team and demonstrate industry thought leadership.
