Job summary

Maddox Industrial Transformer is seeking an OEM Supply Planner to manage stock programs across US locations. The role focuses on forecasting SKU-level demand, maintaining safety stocks, and avoiding shortages, supporting profitability and supply reliability.

You will assist the OEM Purchasing Team Lead and Analyst with purchasing, planning, and supplier performance projects. Occasional travel and in-office work are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with forecasting SKU-level demand and managing safety stocks.
• Knowledge of supply planning tools and KPI reporting.
• Certifications in APICS CPIM/CSCP or Six Sigma encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Review weekly sales trends and calculate replenishment orders.
• Lead weekly Stock Steering meetings with leadership to report on supply strategies.
• Determine what, how much, and from whom to order materials.
