Job summary

Maddox is seeking an OEM Supply Planner in the United States to manage a large portfolio of new stock items across multiple product lines and warehouse locations. You will forecast demand, maintain safety stock, and coordinate replenishments to avoid shortages, reporting to the Supplier Relations Manager under the OEM Purchasing Team Lead.

• Intermediate to advanced Excel and dashboard skills.
• Experience with large datasets and data analysis.
• Certifications in process improvement are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Forecast SKU-level product demand and maintain safety stocks.
• Manage stock programs and coordinate replenishment orders weekly.
• Lead Stock Steering meetings with OEM Purchasing Leadership to report on supply strategies.
• Assist with purchasing projects and supplier performance reporting.
