Job summary

Maddox Industrial Transformer is seeking an OEM Supply Planner to join our team in a fast-paced procurement environment. You will forecast SKU demand, maintain safety stocks, and ensure stock availability across US warehouses.

You will lead planning meetings, coordinate with OEMs, and support purchasing analysts on reporting projects. Strong Excel/Power BI skills and an ownership mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of related experience is valued.
• Education/experience in engineering, data analytics, supply chain, manufacturing, or purchasing is desirable but not required.
• Certifications CPIM/CSCP or Six Sigma credentials encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Review weekly sales trends and calculate replenishment orders.
• Lead weekly Stock Steering meetings with OEM Purchasing Leadership.
• Manage a large portfolio of new stock items across product lines and US locations.
