Job summary

Neuberger Wealth is seeking a Relationship Manager - OCIO in New York City. You will lead client relationships for the Outsourced CIO platform, coordinating meetings, reporting, and day-to-day requests while deepening partnerships and identifying growth opportunities.

The role requires 10–12+ years in financial markets, strong communication, and travel up to 25%, with a hybrid office schedule three days per week. A Bachelor's is required; MBA/CFA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA and/or other designations preferred.
• 10-12+ years industry experience required in financial markets, with an emphasis on related experience in portfolio construction and relationship management.
• Proven capacity in business development activities.
• Strong problem-solving skills along with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Series 7 and 66 exams preferred.
• Up to 25% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all relationship management functions as lead client facing individual for OCIO relationships managed by the Neuberger Wealth Investment Group including scheduling of meetings, creation of reports and collateral, and responding to ongoing inquiries from the Investment Committee/Board
• Act as primary liaison with partners on the Investment Strategy Team, Investment Platform Team, Operating Platform and Operations for execution of portfolio management recommendations made by the Investment Strategy Team
• Act as point person for opportunities sourced through both Neuberger Wealth and Institutional channels; determine fit and oversee RFP production and dissemination in partnership with Wealth Advisors, PAM teams, and Institutional client coverage teams as appropriate
• Identify opportunities for further engagement with existing OCIO clients, including cross-referencing board participation; selectively target RFP opportunities which align with Neuberger's value proposition
• Engage on go-to-market strategy including but not limited to partnering with Marketing on materials, refining RFP response language, and amplifying our presence in this commercial vertical both internally and externally
