Neuberger is an independent, employee-owned, global asset management firm seeking a Relationship Manager – OCIO in New York City. You will manage OCIO client relationships, coordinate with the Investment Strategy Team and Operations, and translate market views into client-ready guidance.

The role demands 10–12+ years in financial markets, a Bachelor's degree, and preferably an MBA/CFA. Hybrid work with three in-office days per week; compensation includes a $240k–$280k base plus discretionary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA and/or other designations preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel.
• Series 7 and 66 exams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all relationship management functions as lead client facing individual for OCIO relationships managed by the Neuberger Wealth Investment Group.
• Act as primary liaison with partners on the Investment Strategy Team, Investment Platform Team, Operating Platform and Operations for portfolio management recommendations.
• Act as point person for opportunities sourced through Neuberger Wealth and Institutional channels; determine fit and oversee RFP production and dissemination with Wealth Advisors, PAM teams, and Institutional client coverage teams.
• Identify opportunities for further engagement with existing OCIO clients, including cross-referencing board participation; selectively target RFP opportunities aligned with Neuberger's value proposition.
• Engage on go-to-market strategy including partnering with Marketing on materials, refining RFP response language, and amplifying our presence in this commercial vertical both internally and externally.
