Job summary

Trinity Health-ND is seeking a Specialty Care Nursing Manager to lead nursing services and coordinate operations across multiple specialty clinics. You will work with clinic leaders to standardize workflows, promote high-quality, patient-centered care, and support staff development.

The role focuses on clinical governance, quality improvement, and cross-site collaboration to ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for busy periods.

Qualifications

• RN license in ND or compact is required.
• BLS certification within orientation period.
• Minimum five years of professional nursing experience, with two years supervisory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily nursing operations across specialty care clinics for safe, high-quality patient care.
• Partner with clinic leadership to standardize workflows and improve processes.
• Provide coaching and oversight to nursing staff to support competency and teamwork.
• Monitor quality measures, documentation, infection control, and regulatory adherence.
• Assist with staffing and satellite clinic coverage, and participate in on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with providers and teams to support coordinated care and patient education.
• Contribute to clinic readiness during high volume or emergent situations.
