Job summary

Trinity Health seeks a Nurse Leader to advance nursing practice across patient, staff, and system levels. Under the Clinical Service Director, you will lead clinical practice, education, consultation, and research to improve outcomes and experiences for patients, staff, and community.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing with a Clinical Nurse Leader concentration.
• RN License in Michigan.
• CNL Certification within 6 months.
• Two years of concentrated clinical experience in the area of specialty.

Responsibilities

• Develops criteria for and evaluates the quality and effectiveness of practice within the spheres of influence: patient, nursing, and nursing practice, and organization and systems.
• Interacts with patients, families, and groups of patients to promote health or well-being and improve quality of life.
• Mentors nursing staff and members of the interdisciplinary health care team to support problem-solving with specialized clinical expertise.
