Job summary

LayerZero Power Systems seeks a Senior Business Integration Engineer to bridge Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales in an engineered-to-order environment. You will drive early visibility into customer opportunities and ensure readiness across cost, lead-time, and supplier capacity before commitments.

This role emphasizes cross-functional decision-making, risk management, and the development of business acumen with an eye toward future leadership opportunities within LayerZero.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• MBA preferred or demonstrated interest in pursuing advanced business education.
• 5+ years of experience in Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain Engineering, or Operations.
• Experience working in engineered-to-order, configure-to-order, industrial manufacturing, power systems, electrical equipment, or similar environments.
• Experience supporting ERP-driven planning and execution processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales.
• Translate engineering activities, customer requirements, and product roadmaps into actionable business and supply chain plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure technical decisions consider operational, sourcing, cost, and lead-time implications.
