Job summary

LHH is seeking a Head of Purchasing & Logistics for North America, onsite in Algonquin, IL. The role leads procurement, sourcing, supplier management and logistics across the U.S., Canada and Mexico, with relocation assistance available and direct exposure to executive leadership.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in supply chain and purchasing leadership, with multi-country experience, strong negotiation skills and SAP/MS Office proficiency. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• 10–15 years of overall supply chain, procurement and sourcing experience.
• 7+ years of purchasing leadership experience in a senior role.
• Experience managing large procurement spend programs ($500M+).
• Multi-country leadership experience.
• Strong supplier negotiation and strategic sourcing expertise.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and driving decisions with data.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, sourcing, supplier management and logistics across the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
• Oversee $600M+ annual spend.
• Direct a team of 3-4 direct reports and ~35 indirect reports.
• Report to executive leadership including EVP, Americas and North American leadership team.
• Drive continuous improvement in large, multi-location supply chains.
