You will oversee procurement of chemicals, manage supplier relations, and lead logistics across US, Canada, and Mexico. Strong leadership, SAP proficiency, and strategic decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 7+ years of purchasing leadership experience.
• Experience managing a $400M+ spend.
• Chemical manufacturing industry experience.
• Multi-country oversight: US, Mexico, Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team across procurement and logistics.
• Oversee procurement of chemicals and negotiate terms.
• Manage supplier relationships and long-term contracts.
• Evaluate suppliers, audit performance and maintain vendor list.
• Oversee logistics operations including domestic processes and TMS.
• Present data and insights to executive leadership.
