100 Degrees Consulting seeks a proactive Finance Manager to support financial strategy and day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of nonprofit clients. In a client-facing, remote role, you’ll deliver GAAP-compliant statements, forecasting, and insightful analysis while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You’ll lead budgeting, cash flow planning, grant management, and cross-functional collaboration with other finance managers, delivering practical solutions for diverse nonprofit organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, nonprofit management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide finance management and serve as a key point of contact for 10+ client accounts.
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and translate data into actionable insights.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow modeling for multiple nonprofits.
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance across client accounts.
