100 Degrees Consulting is seeking a proactive Finance Manager to support financial strategy and day-to-day accounting for nonprofit clients. You will balance big-picture analysis with hands-on bookkeeping, delivering clear insights while ensuring GAAP-compliant accuracy.
The role is client-facing, remote, and requires strong communication to guide leaders and maintain compliant operations across 10+ accounts.
Qualifications
- Experience in nonprofit financial management, including 990 preparation and nonprofit audits.
- Proficiency in GAAP and restricted funds management.
- Strong client service and relationship management skills.
- Advanced QuickBooks Online skills (ProAdvisor certified preferred).
- Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Provide finance management support for 10+ client accounts.
- Prepare monthly GAAP-compliant financial statements and analyses.
- Monitor compliance and assist with audits; maintain records and documentation.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and scenario planning for nonprofits.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver timely, accurate reporting to funders.
